Jack and Cheese..


Spicy Chicken Pasta Bake

Jez is working late so he is missing my fabulous dinner...I'm still with Jack Bauer...ahh...

Easy way to get rid of leftovers. Since I still had these chicken strips, wanted to something quick and simple so here we go.

All you need:
Leftover chicken strips
Pasta (fuscillis or penne, anything not linguini or spaghetti)
Canned creamed soup (or soup pouches)
Mozerella cheese

Optional:
veggies, peppers or corn, peas, anything you like
ham (chopped)
frankfurters

Instruction:
Boil the paste while making the soup, make sure the soup stays creamy and not too watery. Add chopped veggies or meat, I've added frankfurters cuz Jez loves them so damn much..not sure why..

Drain the pasta then pour in the cream soup and stir evenly. Pour into a baking dish, not too deep, make sure it's poured evenly. Top with chicken strips, sprinkled the cheese then into the oven till the cheese melts.
